Rendezvous new album in the hands of Dave Bascombe
Get ready to Rendezvous new release, it’s right around the corner.
Rendezvous are a two man’s band consisting of Itai Simon and Hagai Izenberg, 2 talented musicians creating music for more than a few years now.
They started playing together while studying music and have been collaborating side by side since then.
Their music can be easily cataloged as experimental and instrumental, playing vintage instruments and bringing those ideas to the electronic contemporary world.
Their first EP was published on 2004, a short live studio EP which was recorded while they were still studying music with two other players, while improvising on various grooves, every take was a different from the other ending up differently each and every time.
The EP came up a success and afterwards they began working on their first full length record album, a project that took more than four years to complete.
Half way through recording the album they teamed-up with mostly appreciated mixer Dave Bascombe (Tears For Fears, Depeche Mode) which is now mixing the album in London.
